We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating landlords. Our primary goal is to improve the quality and operation of the rental industry in SW Washington through many means including:

  • monthly educational meetings (in-person or zoom)
  • a monthly newsletter providing tips for improved management
  • annual training seminars
  • an extensive mentor program

CCRA was formed in 1981 by landlords and property managers who recognized the need for landlord training as well as representation at the state and local levels.

CCRA supports the Washington State Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing Laws and encourages all owners and tenants to know and follow these laws.

CCRA subscribes to a Code of Ethics to guide business procedures.

CCRA strives to maintain a healthy relationship with our municipalities in order to stay current with trends that impact our investments and our industry.
