General Membership meetings are held the last Tuesday of every month except December & June. 



CCRA NEWS Magazine (released around the 15th) includes timely articles of important advice, industry news, and tips for success,  written by authorities in our industry.

Our annual Landlording Seminars offer a wealth of industry-exclusive knowledge on topics such as: Landlording Best Practices, Forms, Maintenance, Insurance, Evictions and Legal Advice, and much more!



Forms are provided free to members which protect your legal rights and help your business operate smoothly and more efficiently. Landlording Common-Sense manual and Landlord Tenant Law books and Lead and Mold pamphlets are available.



Offering you a selection of local services and retail products, often discounted. Officers and Directors Volunteer their time and talents to be of service to you.



Your interests are served on vital issues by our State Legislative Lobbyists. The need for representation on laws affecting the rental industry is a constant concern of our Association.



Held annually usually in December in Seattle. Workshops are held on various subjects to support your on-going education as a rental owner. Vendors offer you the latest products and services, designed to make your management more efficient.


Washington Landlord Association (WLA) formerly known as WAA/WROA, is a statewide organization consisting of a comprehensive pool of knowledge regarding landlord issues. WLA is the go-to organization for discovering how governmental bills and issues may affect your business.

  • WLA is a statewide landlord association with three lobbyists in Olympia working in the interests of landlords across the state.
  • WLA is the only statewide landlord association that has an office on Capitol Hill.

The Washington Landlord Association (WLA), formally known as The Washington Apartment Association (WAA) is one of the largest Landlord Associations in the State of Washington. By having a board made up of delegates from all part of the state, WLA is designed to give Landlords a voice in the actions we take in Olympia.

CCRA's advocacy and leadership, combined with our memberships' expertise in the rental property industry, provide the foundation for your success and business growth. CCRA unites Rental Property Owners. Property Managers, State/Local Governments, Services and Organizations, to provide stewardship for the livability and safety of our communities.
